Bilingual in both English and Spanish, Leo earned his degree from the University of Greenwich in London and brings 15+ years of experience as a UEFA-licensed coach. His soccer coaching background spans grassroots to U18 levels, with hands-on experience working in both Europe and North America.
Since 2021, Leo has worked with over 1,000 coaches internationally, helping them to turn their soccer training program into a six-figure private soccer academy business—with most of his coaches now earning $80,000 or more per year.
